In case you didn't bring your bike to the beach, Skookum Surf Co. has cruiser style bikes for rent. The Long Beach Peninsula is covered with paved, off-road, and on-road bicycle paths. These trails lead through the dramatic foredune and trough zones with glimpses of the Pacific Ocean and through the Coastal Rainforest zone where flora and fauna abound. For the weekend, an afternoon, or a sunset, bicycles are a great way to see the peninsula and get some fresh air.
We also repair bicycles. If your bike has a problem, or you just need something to make it yours, swing by and we’ll help you out. Our shop rate of $20 per hour is hard to beat for repairs, so drag the old mare out of the garage and bring her in for some rehab.

Where Can I Ride?
Depending on your ability level and time there are several options for great rides. We will gladly recommend which trails might be best suited to your interests.
Can I Ride the Bike on the Beach?
No, riding on the beach is hard on you and hard on the bikes. The soft sand makes it difficult for you to peddle and the sea salt is rough on the bikes. Chances are if you see someone with a bike on the beach, chances are they are dragging their bikes not riding them.
Do you Repair Bicycles?
Yes, in addition to rentals we also do repairs. If your bike has a flat tire, bent wheel, is shifting funny, or just doesn’t feel right; bring it in and we can fix it for you. Our prices are fair and honest and we stand behind our work.

Cruisers can be rented for the following:

- $20 for 24 hours
