Skookum Surf Shack
The Skookum Surf Shack is a 127-year-old beach cottage, full of old-fashioned charm and updated amenities. There is one large upstairs bedroom, with queen bed, and a full-sized deluxe futon couch in the living room. Sleeps four.

All linens and towels are provided, as are movies, books, bocce, volleyball and a TV/DVD/VHS. There are full bath, and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and there is a shared outdoor BBQ area.

Located in picturesque Seaview, 10 blocks south of Longbeach, this cottage is a ten-minute walk to the beach, through the sand dunes.

Pets are allowed by pre-arrangement.
No smoking in this unit.

Policies
$100 refundable cleaning deposit due at booking, $150 with pets.

At the time of booking we will take a deposit of $200 (the refundable cleaning fee, plus one nights stay) to secure your reservation. Payment in full is due at check-in. Prices quoted do not include local room tax of 10.8%.
Cancellations of 7 days or less prior to the stay will result in the forfeiture of the total deposit. No shows also forfeit total deposit.

We ask that you leave the place as you found it, all cleaning supplies provided.

We give you a late (2pm) check out time to allow you to clean up on your last day
